Any orders placed after21st December will be processed when we’re back after our Christmas break on Jan 4th. From the 4th Jan our turn around time will be 17-25 working days. We would like to say a massive thank you for supporting us again this Christmas & all year round 💕
All orders are handmade to order therefore please allow for your order to be made with delivery times on top. This will depend on how busy we are. Smaller orders should be sent out within a few working days after the 4th Jan.

Return Policy
Due to the nature of the products all being handmade to order, we cannot accept returns.
If you’ve mixed up your measurements and your order doesn't fit because you got the numbers wrong, don’t worry. We will do our best to fix this for you, however, you will be charged for a small fee for alterations.
If for some reason there is something wrong with your order you have 14 days to notify us.
cancellation policy: we accept cancellations up to 6 hours after your order was placed. Anything after this your order may be cancelled with a fee.
